He was 81.<br /><br />Mr. Pynchon was headmaster of the school from 1964 until his retirement at the end of the 1990-91 school year. During these years, he mentored over 2,000 students. Each girl who attended this school has a distinct memory of him.<br /><br />The LP-HSG ohana dearly loved this incredible man.
